Prior to meeting Emily we had been actively looking for investment properties for quite some time with no success.  We linked up with Emily and she went above and beyond to find us exactly what we wanted.  We recently purchased 2 investment properties with Emily and are currently working at closing on a third property.  We plan to continue to grow our portfolio and have the utmost confidence in Emily to help us reach our goals.

I’ll start by saying that Emily is amazing! She held our hand through the entire process, pushed us when we needed it, and cautioned us on stuff when we were over our skis. She helped us sublease current space, find a new building, lease out said building, and she had a great network of resource providers she’s curated, which you’ll need, especially if this is your first CRE adventure!
